Nobody should be surprised Tatum is getting buckets in SL. He was the most polished offensive player in the draft. There was never a question about his offensive game.
He could easily someday be a 20 PPG scorer in the NBA. Danny Granger esque.

Depends on whether or not Ingram can hit the weights so he's not built like a butch lesbian, he has a really high ceiling as far being a two way player goes (7'3" wingspan), but his body is the biggest thing in his way. Tatum has a better chance of reaching his potential just because his body is more advanced already ()

Ingram has no chance to be in the same universe of a player as Tatum. Weight has nothing to so with it. That dude just lacks the elite skill level of a guy like Tatum.

Honestly its wasn't even that radical of a call in my mind. People just have forgotten what actually matters in basketball. They think stats and analytics matter vs skill and talent.
Stats and analytics are largely a byproduct of your teammates and scheme. That's why I only use the eye test. Cause the skills and talent a player displays on tape is the only thing that transfers from one level to another. Not numbers.
This is why I respect high school basketball rankings more than the rankings after college. When ranking high schoolers, you never hear players stats being mentioned cause everyone knows how ridiculous that is. People who scout high school look at things like physical tools and skills. And that is why when he was coming out of high school, Tatum was unanimously considered ahead of someone like Markelle Fultz. But then in college Fultz played on a garbage team that allowed him to dominate the ball and he put up some nice stats. That led a lot of idiots into ranking him ahead of players he was significantly worse than like Jayson Tatum.
