The fact Fultz's team won only 9 games in college while Lonzo doubled the win total of UCLA from the year before.

Wins and Losses matter. And Fultz is not a player that affects winning and losing. While Lonzo is a player who does.

That's not his fault if he had a worst team completely. If you compare Ball team against Fultz player by player UCLA will be better. He was the best player in college with the worst team even facing triple teams especially against UCLA in their match which he outplayed Ball.

:dahell: I don't care how bad your teammates are. If you are a legit #1 overall pick, you win more than 9 games in college. Even Steph Curry was able to beat big time teams in the NCAA tournament playing with scrubs at Davidson. There is no excuse for such futility in the win/loss column regardless of the school you went to if you are what they say Fultz is. And with regard to Lonzo, he might have gone to a better team, but he made them better. The year before Lonzo, UCLA won 15 games. With him last year they won 30 games. So even if Lonzo went to a better team, he improved the team from what it was. Something Fultz doesn't show he can do.

I honestly don't know how you could argue against this. Fultz is an empty stats machine. He's not a factor when it comes to winning or losing. While Lonzo is a player who impacts wins and losses because of how much better he makes everyone else. There is no comparison between the two as basketball players.

Lonzo's form is fine. He is just learning when he can pull and what areas of the floor to pull from. A floater is the key. Him and Kelle's offball defense is on another level from a Dennis Smith Jr.

Lonzo might not be a great man to man defender but that dude knows where to be at all times and will create some turnovers with his hands and savvy

His bball IQ is just :blessed:

The thing that is great with Ball is that he actually is a good man to man defender against 2s and 3 so at his size you can slot him with a smaller guy and shifted him down defensively.

He definitely should tweak it a bit as time goes on.
Durant used to shoot a lot like Lonzo in high school, college left side, lower release. Got it more to the middle and a higher.
Best guys midrange shooters like Cj Mcollum,Nash,Paul finish high, have great foot work off the hop,can create space off the dribble.
Lonzo definitely can work on these aspects.

I don't think he even needs a midrange jumper tho
Did you watch Josh Jackson yesterday? He got to the middle of the floor and was killing them little flip and push shots

Maybe but a lot of these shots are just touch so pretty hard to learn.
The Nash Leaner & runner would be great for him.

Kawhi must have rubbed some of his residue on to Bryn Forbes cause this dude was scared to shoot the ball last year and now he out here hitting step back steph curry 3's while being fouled AND putting people in the blender :dahellwhat:

If I was the other coach I would call timeout and demand the game doesn't start back up until Forbes piss is tested :dahellwhat:
