I understand your skepticism.
But I absolutely believe we are all capable of far more than we think.

The mind is lazy. Or maybe a better way to phrase it would be to say that the mind seeks efficiency. We try to get the most done with the least amount of effort.
There are many examples of people achieving amazing things once they have decided in their minds that they won't quit. I will say that it's far easier said than done. But I think the potential to tap into that is within everyone.

People being lazy or underestimating themselves is one thing. Saying everyone is tough is another. I don't think most people can hit rock bottom then bounce back as high as possible.

I think everybody can overcome their fears. For some people it just takes a lot more mental and emotional strength than others.

All of your insecurities are in your mind. We place those mental obstacles in our mind subconsciously to avoid going through the same pain we endured in the past. Maybe somebody gets dumped and they become self conscious and afraid of rejection. But you placed that fear there. YOU did. Nobody else. And with enough mental focus you can eliminate it. Maybe you got bullied in school and suffer from social anxiety. 99% of the population holds onto their pain and trauma from childhood and never even TRIES to overcome them. They'd rather wallow in self pity their whole lives and use their fears as an excuse for never reaching their full potential. The first step to truly overcome your own self is to stop blaming everybody else and actually reflect on what made you the person you are. Once you do that you can start the recovery process and start eliminating all these mental obstacles one by one. And after that, you can accomplish anything you want in life. I really believe that.

Being a black man and sitting down for a two hour podcast with the first mainstream celebrity to platform/coddle the alt-right(despite the fact Joe has a Jewish wife/kids and a half-black step-son), a guy who has :cape:for Richard Spencer on multiple occasions and given a softball interview to Chuck Johnson, without cracking his jaw is proof he's more disciplined than I'll ever be.

Goggins is an inspiration. fukk Rogan :pacspit:

Been in close proximity through mma shyt and can confirm he is a low-key alt right sympathizer they only like a certain type of nikka :mjpls: .

Dudes need to get into grappling more nothing triggers them like nikkas on the mats washing them they show a lot of fake love but when you start tapping fools the hate comes out.

Be very careful around these types who play both sides. Just cuz he smokes weed and gives props to Anderson Silva don't mean he's down.
