I want in. These muthafukkas almost messed up the purchase of my current house. We agreed to 750k with the seller. They appraised it at 680k and almost fukked up the deal. The house could sell for 800+ a few years later

I damn near begged them and the racist ass appraiser to redo it and they didn’t budge. Had to go to a different lender.
Yeah, the racist appraisal practices has been exposed for so many years. It’s disgusting how blatant it is and yet little consequences. This whole system needs to go.

DOUBLED!!!! WTF????

And these are veterans or family members of veterans.
It has got to be family members of Active Duty/Veterans because the latter would apply for VA loan instead a conventional mortgage.

I would be curious to see how the stats on their VA Mortgages compare to their conventional mortgages.:jbhmm:

I wonder how black people see this shyt and still say the problem with black people is that we don't apply ourselves and need to stop blaming the system and the white man

They know better..They're not that dumb.

They're just scared of taking on the mighty white power machine so they close their eyes and ears and just hope for better luck.
Its as bad as hearing a thief in your room and you start snoring as loudly as possible so you don't have to confront him.

Tried to get a car loan from them. They approved me but at the upper end of their rate range about 5%. Philadelphia credit union a bank I rarely use gave me 3. And nfcu doesn't do wires over the phone . They about to get canceled

Yep shyt happened to me dealing wit them in 2017. I got approved but the process was a fúcking nightmare. They was on some bullshít and it was obvious racism and the fact that I was only 28. :francis:

The loan officer claimed I was delaying the process and lied to my realtor saying I wasn’t returning their calls when the truth was they were never reaching out to me in the first place. My realtor realized something was off because I always answered all her calls asap and filled out any paperwork she sent within 15 minutes.

Their last attempt at fúcking me over came during closing. Navy Federal sent me paperwork stating my closing costs would be $1100 then a week before the closing date they all of a sudden determined that my debt to income ratio was too high because of my student loans (which they knew about when I originally got approved) and jacked the costs up to $5400. :dahell:

My realtor lost her shyt on them and they brought it down to $3100. I had to borrow money from my dad and sell the wheels and coilovers I had bought for my old Lexus.

Luckily I refinanced wit somebody else last year.

When I was in the market for a house early last year, I got approved anywhere from $375k to $500k from several lenders. Decided to try NFCU and only got approved for $125k. I cleaned out all of my accounts with them and moved them to USAA. Think I got one account that I EFT $1 on the first every month
