A thread Versa can get jiggy to.

No lie, i absolutely LOVE when chicks sport the natural hair look. Funny thing is I didn't always feel this way..couple years ago when I was ignorant to the self-hate and background racism, I liked when chicks sported the long hair/weave. Now its the complete opposite. fukk them hair hats, give me the natural shyt any day (and no make-up as well) :blessed:

On another note, been growing my hair for a while..and while i have the natural look, it seems that my hair stops growing at a certain length :to:

I appreciate the honesty in this post. A lot of "pro-black" AAs were former white-washed at least to some extent. It's only by the grace of God we are unplugged from the matrix and "woke up".

*Remembers when he thought Alicia Silverstone was the baddest chick in the game as a youngin :mjlol:*

You know that's not what I'm talking about.
No, I don't know what you're talking about. :ld:
Black people don't have ONE universal hair texture. There are black folks with wavy hair, straight or even blonde hair that are NOT mixed. (Not to say kinky, coarse hair texture is less desirable, it just needs to be maintained differently.)

I wonder where all of the brothas who were criticizing bw in the other thread about wearing weaves are now. They said they want more sistas to embrace their natural hair but they seem to be missing in the thread celebrating it. :shaq:

I'm actually happy that they stayed away. The thread remain positive.

It does show their mindset. It's more so about criticizing black women than celebrating the women who exhibit the qualities that they claim to "want."

The same way I expect to see tommyknocks in a thread about Asian chicks I'd expect to see those supposed weave bashers/natural hair lovers in here.
However, I was just being a smart ass I know damn well they wouldn't be up in here, they don't care about natural hair they just care about shyting on black women.

I just like the drama :yeshrug: but I would expect you natural hair lovers to atleast post once in here since y'all love it so much. If this was a weave thread, it would be 50+ pages by now.
