All these MCU cats talking about gay this and gay that, but MCU pushing that wave too.
They showed a Red Room flash back in AOU where they showed some of the process of her training. No explicit injection but they showed her being taken and operated on to make it so she couldn't get pregnant.
But not only is she enhanced in the comics, she is clearly pulling Captain America level feats in the flicks, not because of bad writing but because she is originally a Russian operative from the same type of programs that created the Winter Soldier/Red Guardian ect.

just like i feel Spider-Man could effectively clean up Gotham and metropolis together.
by swinging back and forth after work at the daily planet.
from taking out the grassroots criminal to super villain and have a better job in metropolis. Where he was respected by his boss, swag on Clark and curve lois as Spidey and petey. Then go home to gotham in a luxury Astor street penthouse.

I would still rate hawkeye from the west coast avengers higher in likeability as a character. Incomparison to punisher. The premise of the punisher is what makes the punisher. Clint on the other hand I would say is way more that dude than punisher. I say that as a kid who was there for punisher war journal number one and wca number one too. plus i wear some type of punisher gear more than two times a week currently too. For like the past four years or more. Not to mention a complete jim Lee stanboy fa real.
That I still know clint was just cooler than frank.

Plus Clint had his own team. As Clint is a better leader, character and hero on the pages as a read than cap.

plus not say much. It is to nerf him because if his character was allowed to be fully fleshed out. People would see no reason to even worry about cap and Tony. Plus wonder why all those cap and ironman stories are taking precedent over hawkeye. Hawkeye is thee avenger. not cap not Tony nobody. Plus he is still the organic likeable read of the avengers.

It is a reason why the hawkeye arc in endgame was that poignant and you really never had much to see of him in the avengers. It is a reason people re like you better do sumfin with hawkeye. As he is the reason the avengers are even able to reach the gate to become the property it is.
