Agree with Streets Disciple being weak as fukk, too....I know some folks love it but it had way too much filler and weak production for me.

Needed more of this

Less of this

I liked American Way. The first disc of Streets Disciple is damn near classic. The second disc though :tochilol:

Yeah I know...you talking bout 'Is That Yo bytch' that was on the imported version of Vol. 3 right? The version without Bleek. That imported (I think it
was Jap or Euro) version of Volume 3 was the second one I copped after my first one went missing....it was waaaaay better...those Interludes, Is That Yo bytch etc.

Just didn't have the Dre collabo which was kinda meh anyways to be honest...

That import version of Volume 3 was 4 mics to me
Nah I'm talking about the track on Jay album that's title "come and get me"

Beat didn't fit Nas' verses/voice/delivery at all, Kelis' hook either it all sounded flat, awkward and forced to me :yeshrug:

Can't remember the exact playlists of each disc, tho. Maybe I'll revisit it...Thiefs Theme was fire..was that Just A Moment track on there? That was kinda nice....too much Salaam Remi tho, he's given Nas some bangers but he can't carry a full album, specially 2 discs as the main/majority producer. Even that
Buckwild track where Nas' is sendin shots at Kobe was corny as fukk (Buckwild came correct on LIG tho, You Wouldn't Understand is:ahh:)

:ohhh: Q-Tip produced that American Way?

Will revisit the whole album...gotta admit after first few listens of Untitled I wasn't feeling much of it at all either....months later I threw it on, let it ride and was :whoo:

I'm a big Nas fan, but let's keep it a buck......that album wasn't that dope. I'd agree if it was "God's Son" though as an underrated classic.
