It's alright. Sometimes his flow just floats over perfect, like the beginning of the track. But as with a lot of recent Nas joints he falls off beat and loses momentum while trying to rap about [insert social issue] over an up tempo track.
Beat isn't bad but not noteworthy. That being said if Nas is gonna rap over trap it makes sense for it to be in the vein of this and Drake/Toronto type tracks with 90s r&b samples.
