22 years this flawless classic

22 years later and I still consider Lost Tapes an album. Never got the "issa compilation" argument becausr technically all albums are compilations. Lost Tapes was special because it's all Nas. No guest appearances and its some of his best work.

Yep it's a an album full of original music. IDGAF how Sony/Columbia tried to label it. Like I said classic album in every sense. He left off the Rise & Fall & Amongst Kings . Worst Enemy was on the Japan release. This album could've been even more flawless than it already is

So... was listening to this and ran into some titles in the liner notes from the international version. Problem is... its in japanese... What i found interesting is that, from what i can figure, "Nas writes no more" and "Nastalgia" were both working titles around the times of "Death of Escobar". Even if ive heard these titles before i was under the impression that they were fan made up. Given that this is an official release i was a bit surprised and im wondering if anybody has more info on this ???
Theres also a mention of what i believe it would be a song called "Make it lasts forever" (thats how it's spelled).
