Live your own life
Haters thought Jay was being salty and insecure on BP2, but the big homie was speaking truth about the psuedo self-righteous God's Son. The same God's Son that preached that rappers rap about coke is poison, and turn around collaborated with many rappers that brag about their street hustles. Nas also supported that white chick when she got criticized for using the N word, and this nikka had the audacity to act like he is a saint who will never sell out to his people, and now , he is selling poison to black community :stopitslime:

But we love him the same. :ahh:

in all seriousness though why couldn't Nasir have tried to push raising money to start a brand for African Americans....particularly something not to do with liquor...

we keep continuing to be white washed and endorsing companies that have nothing to do with us....

japan has sony, nintendo....suziki....toshiba....mitsubishi...etc

korea has samsung.....

france has hennessy and european countries like russia have vodka.....

all things that are big symbols of capitalism for the type of races for the country.....

we make ourselves look REALLY bad(don't know if your Black) whenever we do things like this and act like we are making a difference

why could Nas have not started his own business? what is stopping him?

that nikka couldnt even start his very own Motown like he was talmbout on Late Registration...

people would criticize me for saying this but they forget the people who have started businesses of all races in any time period.....many times they do not even have an insane amount of money to start it up....

not saying they have things drastically small like $300 but im saying the successful businesses never ended up being so high all the time(when they were being started)

but nas on the other hand is underestimating what he could do with the money he makes

meant "south korea" for samsung

also forgot to add america has xbox/microsoft......disney/pixar........walmart....mcdonalds...exxon mobile....Marvel Comics....facebook........Youtube.....wikipedia

^^^all iconic businesses

this is why we can be a joke sometimes....where are the companies we could have had a pull in making that could have been Black owned businesses? where are they?

its an embarrassing crime that berry gordy is the most well known Black business owner the last 50 years

@intilectual recipricol we need to have a thread on this what i just discussed....it is a touchy subject but could generate a lot of buzz
