Just skimmed it. You can tell Nas was honest when said "Slick Rick was like Jesus, G Rap wrote the bible"....that's what this album sounds like. G Rap layered lyrics and Slick Rick charisma and witty charm style

I’ll wait for the finished product before I weigh in on the quality of the album. I will say that last night was anti-climatic. Terrible roll-out. Had the setup looking so lovely with the bridge in the background but it feels like they dropped the ball on the technical execution.

i don't really like putting albums in competition but since they're made in the same camp etc..
unless they're drastically changing things...Nas album isn't touching Daytona.

only Bonjour and Adam & Eve comes close to anything on Daytona
shyt, Push would have actually improved Bonjour if he had it and thats one of the best on Nasir.

a terrible Kanye verse stops Daytona from being flawless.

Never understood the Streets Disciple hate??
Yeah it had some fillers (too many) but in the age of cd & mp3 just skip those. Bulk of album was great.

Beautiful Album. Completely different vibe from any of his other projects. I'm glad Nas and Ye created this project. Another great addition to the GOAT's impressive catalog.
