I assume Based on True Events, Pt. 2 isn't actually based on true events. But him talking about researching that crazy story through somebody's actual life on I.G., with his research culminating with the literal end of dude's timeline with an R.I.P. post. Just the thought of that possibly being a real story gave me chills for a moment.
