Yes, she's been re-recording her old albums and adding tons of bonus material because she doesn't own her old albums. By re-recording she's bringing all future revenue streams back to her. This new joint just did 700k. She's got like 5 albums on the charts right now. Her fanbase is super loyal. "Magic" came in #27 B. 200 and #11 R&B & Hip Hop and lastly I think it came in #5 on the Rap Charts. And that was a surprise on Christmas Eve which is a huge shopping time but everyone is all over the place. Like someone stated, Taylor and the Country dude is going still do their normal numbers. KD 2 still remains the most successful chart entry of this run. So well see. Obviously the music is the most important but every new NaS album he has a chance to make some History due to his longevity. Well down to 16 More Hours to go.

I’m aware of all of that I just didn’t know Taylor dropped another “Taylor’s Version” re-record album. That girl gonna be moving units for the rest of her natural life lmao.

The fact she’s the first artist to eat good off re-recorded music is wild

No doubt. I was shocked too. I just so happen to look up the charts the other day and saw it. Then I saw 700k, I was WTF. Don't they already have the album? I was like She's been dropping them now for the last 3 or so years. She re-recording them fast and all of them are selling. They won't sell the same as the originals but that's not her goal. She just wants her fans to stream the new version. It's an interesting strategy. I remember when DMX did it for all his hits. His voice did not sound the same as the originals though. As for Esco, more times than not when he drops, it's the Biggest Rap Album entry that week.

saw Large Pro at an event with Nas last night on twitter. Always confused if they're beefing at any one point or there's tension. But all seems cool at moment which good to seee

They not beefing. Large Pro is a HEAVY drinker and was drunk the night of the Nasir launch party and felt a ways because he wasn’t included in the circle while they were all listening to the album

ONE DAY we will get that album with those two... I know years late and it should have happened a decade or two ago but I would still take it.
If it happens I'm good with it they've given us enough classic material to last a lifetime. My all time favorite Nas songs are Premier tracks :wow: . Let's just appreciate this run he's on with HB. It's special especially if this album continues the upwards trajectory

"I Gave You Power" and "2nd Childhood" are two of the greatest songs ever any genre.

Yea Taylor Swift is a behemoth.

I think a top 5 debut would be a victory. Morgan Wallen is still selling like hotcakes. Of course Taylor is going to do Taylor numbers. After that it should be Nas, Uzi, and SZA in whatever order
