:rudy:

there no songs on here that are fukin with "what goes around" "one mic" "rewind"

album is nice best release this year.. but sillmatic is :ohlawd:

and there are several tracks on Life Is Good that trump Got Ur Self, Smokin, Destroy & Rebuild, Braveheart Party, Rule & Every Ghetto.

The high's of of Stillmatic are better than Life Is Good, but I think Life is Good is the more consistent and way better produced album. If you take out Summer On Smash the way Braveheart party was thrown in the bushes you could see it even more cause it sticks out so much.

It'll also depend on your taste because Nas' subject matter was way more aggressive with Stillmatic because that album was Nas backed in a corner defending himself. Life is Good gives me songs like Daughters, Cherry Wine and Bye Baby etc and those are the types of songs I've grown to enjoy more from Nas vs. the ones where he is tellin nikkas they got dikk suckin lips etc for the simple fact that he's not trying to be a 20 year old like the rest of these old nikkas. He's creating his own lane as he ages and does it flawlessly.

Just beautiful hip-hop. You know, especially in hip-hop, they always shyt on old rappers. But these old rappers are the only ones HOLDING IT THE fukk DOWN. Copping when it drops to but my money where my mouth is. QB!!

This album is pretty damn good. Nas' bars are on point and the production is some of the best he's been on in a LONG TIME. Linking up with No ID was a good look.

The only tracks I'm not feeling are the Swizz joint, Nasty, and The Don. I didn't really like the 2 former as individual songs and they kind of mess up the flow of the album.

But overall this is a must cop. I don't see how you could say otherwise. If you don't like this album you were probably not a Nas fan to begin with.

just finished the 3rd verse of world's an addiction
i don't know if i can take much more piff :ohlawd:

Real talk. I listened to every song up until "Worlds An Addiction." Finished that joint and I had to seriously step away from the ipod after that song. Piff overload on the ears.
