It’s like y’all don’t understand music subjective

Thun weak af along with these other wakk ass songs these groupies gassin(intro ,outro,I’m on fire, get light ,wtf smh)

Been bumpin nas since 1994 , magic & kd2 are the best projects of the 4 nas hit boy joints sorry

:comeon:

Didn’t even go In The thread cuz I know it’s some relentless dikkriding. Pressure, death row east & nas is good the only joints I like

the beat switch on rare wakk , shoulda left it alone.both albums had only a few songs I liked tbh

You wasn't bumping sh1t since 94, one look through your history on Nas shows a pattern

There are so many dope moments on the album. On the beat switches and I’m the moments where it just cuts to Nas just doing his OG Talk. But somehow i fell under the direction of someone like Kanye, he could elevate it to something that could play on the radio or club. Like when i listen to Donda there’s a real vibe. This album is really great but i still think with an exec to polish the sound some more it could have been classic. Maybe a Dj can edit it and let some moments build more and run and breathe a bit more.

I know Kanye isn’t the popular thing right now but if anything Kanye’s sound has been reductive. Like he is good at stripping the track to the essence and bringing in elements and taking out stuff to keep the track really sharp.

Just talking music. Forget the person.

Yeah bro, a Nas album executive produced by Kanye would definitely had put this over the top. We know that’s never happened before, no way it could be a dud…

Come on fellas, we gotta do better in the Booth my brothas :snoop:

Just saying. About the music in this album. It’s great but it doesn’t hit the ascendant levels. Hitboy made a great track for Ns in Paris. Kanye put his sauce on it and elevated it out of this world. I know he can do that here too. It’s just a thought exercise for me.

Bro, we saw what happened when we let Kanye handle a Nas project in the not very distant past…

Kanye doesn’t have those super powers anymore…

This album has better production on it than any Kanye album in the last decade… from a pure hip hop perspective.

It’s better than the shyt he made for Pusha too as fire as it is
