Me too, I thought it was a dope ass albumThose may be technically better albums but I admire the musical experimentation of Nasir, plus the KD albums are fresh, so it’s going to take a little time moving on my list.
As far as HHID some of the songs are corny, plus the whole hip hop was dead gimmick was hypocritical
It took you WEEKS to listen to an album thats been out 11 days![]()

This seems to be a classic example of two different artists who had different goals in mind with their joint project, and while Nas emerges unscathed, Hit-Boy comes across as inadvertently uncooperative, a producer who follows his own whims to the detriment of his work.

Throw on some fresh clothes, pre game with ladies for brunch and have the champagne flowing I guarantee that brunch on Sunday will come back into favor.
What a horrible take. Lol. Glad I didn’t watch it.No. There were certain tracks he liked (the first three, "Nobody"), and he actually gave Nas some legitimate praise for his pen game still being sharp after thirty years, but he didn't think the album was that good. For the most part, he had a problem with Hit Boy's production (he hated "Store Run" and he wasn't into "Rare" or "No Phony Love"), and he felt like the album was only made because of how successful the first one was. He hated Eminem’s verse, but I expected that. He hated "Brunch on Sundays," thought it was the worst song on the album. Most of the other songs, he didn't have a strong reaction to. But he did say the album didn't deserve to be on year-end lists just because of Nas' performance.
He also hasn't heard King's Disease since he reviewed it, just that one time and that was it. He thinks that Hit Boy's production might have been a fluke the first time, but he has to listen to it again.
