He did that on The Lost Tapes 2 and dudes still weren’t happy. Lost Tapes 2 was 4.5 mics but got
treated like it was 3 mics. That was a great release.

I agree fam.....Lost Tapes 2 was a 4.5 for me......even had some RZA beats on there.....but mad ppl shytted on it treating it like a 3/5.

To me LT2 is just as good as the first one, if not better.

He said what he said and what he said stands, Nas and Hit are relying on making quality music while Kanye is relying on gimmicks, antics and trolling his own fans :yeshrug:
Exactly. Also, @Code Hit-Boy is obviously drunk and tipsy here too. Doesn't sound like a lot of serious venom.

And it is what it is. He's not wrong. Versuz with Lox and Dipset just reminded us that hip-hop is competitive. Nothing wrong with Hit-Boy flexing out here and being boastful about his skills and how he thinks the way they made this album was really dope and better than a bunch of gimmicks and trolling.

The first LT is my personal favorite Nas project ever. That album legitimately changed my life.

But yeah LT2 is really dope and slept on. I think most of the criticism is just around it being made up of songs from different time periods and sounding maybe more scattered and less cohesive than some of his other albums. It's great though.

The Art of It alone makes TL2 piff in my book. Idk how people can hate on that one.

Tried to be the next Kanye for a decade and failed, now hes confusing Nas's hype for his own...

Anyways Eminem's power is insane, this song is EASILY gonna chart and its not even a single

Hit Boy deserves all the recognition he is getting. Being the sole producer this is his project just as much as it is Nas project

@spliz is right...Nas gets so much unfair criticism it's not even funny. Don't get me started on the stupid "bad beats" narrative.

Man I get why people are kind of dogging EPMD but hearing E and P go back and forth had me HYPE.

They're a bit before my time (86 baby :flabbynsick:) but my bro and his boys used to IDOLIZE these cats and I remember them doing the songs and shyt. I'll forever love EPMD and they were the highlight of the song for me :myman:
