This might seem farfetched, but I really think one of the reasons Kanye pulled back the release is because his ego wouldn't let him comprehend the idea of Hit-Boy producing a better/greater album than Donda. Said this in the KD2 thread, but Ye' didnt wanna share the hip-hop spotlight with KD2 (I thought it would have been great for Hip-Hop).
Deep down, Hit-Boy has done 2x now what Ye couldn't do with Nas......for someone as sensitive and fukked in the head as Kanye is....I truly believe that the poor reception Nasir got still him in his feelings.
I dont blame Hit-Boy for holding a grudge. Probably feels that he was marginalized while he was at GOOD Music.
I have no idea what the fukk Kanye was expecting not giving Nas no beats until the WEEK before release! Nas literally said they did the whole in a GODDAMN WEEK
I like Nasir but you ain’t NEVER getting a classic with such a sloppy “strategy”. Nas has always says he doesn’t like rushing his writing and takes time with the beats. The fact that Nasir is even a solid 4 Mics is a testament to how great of an MC Nas is and how even crazy bi-polar Kanye is decent enough at chopping samples.
Lauryn better than ALL these bytches out lmao. And she ain’t rap in over 20 years.
My fav so farThat sample on Store Run so damn beautiful![]()
yeah, verse was dope just a little too longWe are all entitled to an opinion, but in my opinion some of you are hating just to hate. Eminem’s verse is fine. Nas obviously liked it enough to keep it on the album.
King Disease 2 is a good album.
i wonder if its jesus when a baby reach up.My Bible is song of the year any genre..
Don't debate me just trust me on this.
