lost tapes is a brand within itself. its a collection of unreleased nas tracks that span throughout hia entire career. so having a part 2 3 etc makes sense.

king disease is just a regular nas release. he doesn't put part 2's on new/current music releases. this would be like him naming stillmatic "illmatic part 2:

so its definitely something new for him.must be all hit boy again, still feel like he coulda altered the title a little bit lol

So we about to do this “Armchair A&R” shyt again huh? Kings Disease is an album that helped reintroduce Nas to a younger generation, it was acclaimed and won him a Grammy. It makes PERFECT sense why he’d do a part 2. Especially BECAUSE Hit Boy is confirmed as producer
