That's just the effect of using Mangekyou too much. It happened all the time to Sasuke and Itachi when they used their eyes over and over again. Kakashi never does that, so we never see the bleeding.
Chapter was cool. Still seems a bit much to be Obito (Consider: While Uchiha to non-Uchiha eye transplants has obvious problems that preclude Tobi from being a non-Uchiha, Kishimoto's never said anything about Uchiha to Uchiha eye transplants, as far as we know), but whatever. I'm not really going to get bent out of shape if it is him.

Nah it's a regular rasengan. The Bijuudama is in the real world, that's why Tobi can't phase back or he'd be fukked forreal.
Kakashi put Naruto's clone into the Kamui world and the clone created a regular Rasengan there. That's what Tobi got hit with. His mask will probably brunt most of the blow.
Would be cool as fukk if his face really did get fukked up beyond recognition tho.

Like you mentioned they were Uchihas. Kakashi isn't and his eye has never bled before. Even after his fight with Pein he died from the nail to the face but he couldn't use kamai again and was pretty much done for and even then his eye didn't bleed like it has now.

Kakashi didn't die from a nail to the face. He passed out permanently from lack of chakra.
My bad your right. He used it to save Choji ol fat ass but still it wasn't bleeding even then. He should've hollered at Obito/Tobi for a replacement before Naruto tore his face off with that rasengan.

Yea I remember but I just caught up with the anime and he had me certified pissed during the war and they had to fight zombie Asuma. Shikumaru and Ino fighting their asses off and he just breaks out crying and whining in the middle of the fight right when they are about to kick his ass. His old man had to even tell him to man up on the battlefield. I laughed my ass off when kakuza damn near tore his head off
