Am I the only one who HATES the direction the author is taking? fukk this happy go lucky shyt. Sasuke was supposed to be final villain! This nikka almost killed the red head chick and Sakura and they both thirsty for this nikka still? The fukk. And fukk Sakura. What an asspull. This nikka rushing to the end Just give me Kakashi vs Tobi and Hashirama vs Madara and call it a day. All this buildup/character development in part 2 but this nikka reverts back to part one in a single chapter.

the manga is falling apart by the chapter. by the time we reach the end its looking like it'll be a full blown trainwreck.

the one glaring flaw of Naruto is there always were too many characters. again i go back to Hinata. they should have developed her more. i would have put her on team 7 instead of Sakura and had her have that shy type personality in part 1 then come out of her shell and blossom in part 2. it would have been better to see than Sakura who's basically a piece of shyt obsess over Sasuke constantly and Naruto obsess over her.

when its all said and done Naruto and Hinata should be the new Minato and Kushina with Naruto as Hokage. i'm not saying Hinata deserves an inordinate amount of shine in this series as its Shounen but watching her develop into a much stronger and assertive character would have been far more compelling than Sakura being forced on people when in the last character poll and in the English one Sakura was overtaken by her.

And right now... im agreeing with those who've hated this manga (but somehow still kept up with it every week ) and bashed it so much.

This shyt.. is spiraling out of control.
I dont think there were to many characters, i just don't think they were managed well at all.
In fact, most of them should've died by now. We haven't seen that bug dude in like over 400 chapters .. all of a sudden he's almost relevant lmfao.
Anyway.... we'll see what b.s happens next week.

you can't manage the level of characters Naruto has properly.

let's take One Piece for example. there's like 9 main characters and the manga for the most part always revolves around them and usually there either together or in manageable groups. sure there are a lot of other characters but they come and go and One Piece is the Straw Hats story. i'd argue that the ninjas of the leaf are basically Naruto's version of the straw hats and there are far too many of them to nail down a proper focus and give them all proper attention.

in something like Naruto or even Bleach you have all these characters that are affiliated with the protagonists that vanish for long stretches because there are too many of them.why are characters like Sakura and that dog captain even getting chapters in these respective series? Sakura only exist to have a crush on Sasuke and have Naruto have a crush on her outside that she has no defining traits or personality. the dog captain exist to get struck down in every single fight he's in. has he even even won a fight?

Not that we know of. He should be switching back and forth between the two modes, but his kid is a one trick pony.

you can't manage the level of characters Naruto has properly.

let's take One Piece for example. there's like 9 main characters and the manga for the most part always revolves around them and usually there either together or in manageable groups. sure there are a lot of other characters but they come and go and One Piece is the Straw Hats story. i'd argue that the ninjas of the leaf are basically Naruto's version of the straw hats and there are far too many of them to nail down a proper focus and give them all proper attention.

So people are complaining that Sakura got a little power boost We all know that she's not on the same level of Nar & Sas. From the start of the manga to now, she has shown growth power wise. She's been training with a Sannin for all this time. (Granted the weakest one of the 3, but still let's give her some credit)

The hell with Hinata. She's a secondary character, always has been, always will be. I felt like Neji should've been developed more, but dude is a secondary character along with the rest of the Konoha 11, so People let their personal affection to certain characters cloud their judgement.

Kishi's problem is that he grows bored with his own creations, it's like he has ADHD or something. Man, they should have killed Sakura and given Neji a power up. Kishi's treatment of the byakugan has been straight up disgusting. I demand my golden byakugan dammit. fukk Sakura #TeamHinata

Sakura was a part of team 7 so of course she was going to get the shine.

After the Namek Saga, Goku and Co. DID go Super Saiyan for every fight. Cell, the Cell Juniors, and all versions of Buu they went Super Saiyan

So Goku and Co, were required to go SSJ1. Are you saying Naruto needs to be in 9 tails mode to fight these monsters?

The story really took a turn for the worst after all this edo tensei bulllshyt...it feels as though naruto isnt even the real focus of the story anymore and kishi is pulling all these bullshyt powerups for naruto just to keep people interested in the character....The pain arc was really when the overall story was at its highest point and it feels as though it has been on the decline ever since...

Why are you guys always coppin pleas for this series. Its incredibly easy to juggle upwards of 10 characters. Do it in groups (focus on 3 or 4 at a time) until you sub a person in. The replaced character could either be killed off or sent off to complete some task (opens up a spin off). Buffy did this almost perfectly as do most long running tv shows.

Kishi has had numerous times to get his shyt together but he cant decide whether to focus on the adults, the Uchiha or the new generation. Choji, and Neji should've been killed off in part 1. Lee would be reduced "those who can't, teach" status because his most important role in part 2 was beating himself up. Since Shino/Kiba/Tenten has done jack shyt s/he should have been thrown in Special ops until they emerge in Part 2 swagged out. The rest of the teams should have merged. In part 2 thats when you start killing folks off or crippling them.

With the important being:
- Jiraiya teaching Naruto more than 1 technique in their entire time together
- Naruto doing something other than chasing Sasuke around the world for 2 years (our time).
- Creating actual villains/ not getting rid of them in the most shameless ways (Hidan, Kakuzu and Deidara)
