Well the hokages are super powered pawns at this point, it all boils down to will oro try to enforce actions or keep giving them free will... but seeing as oro is looking awfully benevolent i wouldn't be surprised if the battle came to a quick end just so he can body snatch the hokages and the last uchiha.
