Senju and Uzumaki were blood relatives so Naruto technically can be both regardless of name. Senju were just Uzumaki dudes that started an insurrection and branched out to start their own clan.

The bloodline of Senju you mean. That's why Pein was able to use the Rinnegan that Obito gave him from Madara. So that proves the Uzumaki family descended from the Senju clan.
