maybe the kage's, but I'm not so sure they can answer all the questions sasuke wants answered. I'm assuming they're going to some hidden uchiha burial grounds to do some grave robbing in order to revive his parents or former uchiha who can give him all the details on what was actually going on behind the scenes. or maybe he wants to talk to the Konoha village elders, too many possibilities right now, hopefully it's cleared up soon an not stalled for too much longer.
