I was watching an episode of Boruto and Boruto and some other kid were doing far too well against someone with a mangekyou sharingan. Did they nerf that eye jutsu or something? Those kids should have died before Sasuke showed up.

And what's the strongest eye-jutsu: byakugan, rinnegan, or sharingan?
