One piece is GOAT breh, just brave through the art (which will seem like a child's drawing at first) and you'll never regret it. Between the three top mangas One piece is the best breh, don't sleep on it. Story telling is
Another good anime though, is Hunter X Hunter.

Oh yeah, the art gets much better with time, but the first manga chapters and anime episodes ain't that enticing. Prolly because y'know it was the beginning.
I still remember first reading one piece 'cause I ain't had nothing else to read and just being at why the fukk it was top three. Like that shyt looked like a 10 year old's work breh, just read the first chapter of 1 piece and you'll see that the only details are on the landscape/background.
Shout out to Oda though, his story-telling was master-level from day 1!

Echoing the One Piece replies. If you like a series with an adventure element, over the top, mostly lighthearted but some pretty deep, dramatic themes you'll like it. There are times when it drags on a bit, but it's one of the better shonen manga I've read.

HunterXHunter is probably the best recent shonen manga I read...but the author Togashi goes on too many fukking breaks.

Magi is a pretty dope manga.

Boku no Hero Academia is solid too. Only 14 chapters now but so far so good.
