Yeah, I was surprised at how little Cam'ron knew about music especially for his age. I binge watched some Nardwuar interviews with Drake, GFK, Nas, etc. They really knew the history behind their regions hip hop scenes and the artists they sampled.

I was watching the kay slay interview. Camron doesn't even know the names to a lot of those dipset songs that weren't put on official mixtapes.

a lot of that stuff gets posted on here semi-regularly still.

the guy cant even name his own records. LOL.

Cam isn't a student of hiphop. He just naturally knew how to rap but you can tell he just used it as a hustle. Doubt that nikka could even name one KRS album.

there are a lot of musicians, rappers, actors, entertainers etc who are just not that quick on the fly when discussing there own art especially in interviews.....
