Unisex means everyone shares them, and I am pretty sure many females do not desire that. I am not going to support forcing them into the situation just because so many want to bend over backwards for mentally ill males who think they are and want to be considered females. We have separate bathrooms for a reason, and the main one is to allow females to have their own space to relieve themselves.
You want to help the trans, get them real mental help. If not that, make a small singular bathroom for them.

Serious question. Why do people want government to interfere in high school sports more than most things they should be involved in? The government talks more about middle school girls sports than the multiple gambling agencies who have official status in sports leagues.

I think this is a disingenuous question, because you know why people don't want males competing against females. You are trying to cover it in some talk about government meddling. I may be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure you did not have this refrain when the government was meddling to allow the transwomen (males) into female spaces.

Whatever you call yourself, if you have a penis then you don't belong in women's sports, bathrooms, or locker rooms.
If the trans is actually passing for a woman then the bathroom is a non issue. If the trans looks like Wesley in To Wong Foo then they should understand how they are bothering women when they come in the bathroom.
