The Hunger Games - It just wasn't the same. The entire point of that book is to convey the graphic and horrifying circumstance Katniss was in, and you just couldn't feel it without the carnage.:camby:
Harry Potter 6, 7, & 8 should have been rated R. The books were. War and genocide is nasty business, and that wasn't conveyed well by the movies.
I Am Legend- should have been way more gruesome and graphic for the circumstances.
World War Z- all of them damn zombies, and no freaking blood and carnage? :comeon:
Ender's Game- they completely compromised the violence/rage within Ender and the entire worldbuilding of the novel to make it kid-friendly.:shaq2:

World War Z. that movie sucked.

Wwz...ive only seen the directors cut but ive heard from many sourea that going back made them improve the suspense making it a better film. The extra gore wasnt needed and made it appeal outside of zombie nuts

Zombie movies dont have to be brain soup gorefests its making the genre better.

And lmao at harry potter being R come on breh.

Did you read Book 7 of Harry Potter? That was not a PG-13 book. And zombies really aren't scary unless there is gore, IMO. But to each his/her own. :manny:
