I barely remember it since I watched inconsistently. It was one of those cartoons that spooked my younger brother for some reason.

I'm still tight Invasion America didn't get another season.

So I actually don't remember the name of this show. I was born in 88-- so if you were in public school (Atlanta) around 93-95 and you know what I'm referencing it would solve a decades long internal mystery. My elementary school used to have this show that they showed on the close satellite network about this black boy who lived in an apartment building. And one of the tenants was this mysterious woman whose face they never showed. I literally can't remember anything else that happened in the show or the names of any characters. We used to watch the show weekly, but for only half they year and we never finished.
