YOOOOOO....it is so wild that you made this thread.
Last week we had a March Madness celebratory lunch at my job, and they served Publix sub sandwiches....and my wife and I (we work together) both commented about how the chicken sub sandwich was one of the best we've had in a long time, and certainly since we've moved to Atlanta. You know how the catered trays come cut up in quarters? Dawg I ate at LEAST seven quarters....
Now....seeing as though I'm from NJ/Philly, I am admittedly biased about the bread that is made in the tri-state NJ/PA/DE area (Liscio's >>>>>>>>>> any bread you've ever had in your life, for instance, and that's just ONE place), so I'm always gonna be slanted against any sandwich bread anyplace else UNLESS theybshow and prove. So we had this discussion about how people don't realize how important the texture and quality of the bread is to the overall sandwich experience. Publix got some good bread, though, so they aiiiight with me.
But yeah.....their chicken sub specifically is bangin outta control....to the point where I'm about to go get me one as soon as I finish this sentence.
