I was sick with covid in December and watched this for the first time since it first came out and ended up watching it twice more since. Might be the most underrated thriller of the past decade.
This joint was intense.
was menacing as fukk in this, wish he could’ve played more dark roles earlier on. The atmosphere you’re immersed in is unapologetically grimy, the brutality is flinch-worthy, and it felt like the film never let up when it came to ramping up the tension. Love it on every watch.

A Perfect World is excellent great call. Kevin Cosner as Butch, he was excellent.
Inkwell was my shyt! Amount of fine ladies in that is staggering. Your entire list is good actually only one I didn't see is Appaloosa. Enjoyed them all.
I just watched Appaloosa for the first time a couple of months ago. I had the DVD for a decade, but finally sat down to watch. It's the typical aged lawman and his sidekick called to aid a town being terrorized, but the dialog is A+. The relationship dynamics are great as well. I was surprised this slipped under the radar.
