If I’m not mistaken, the one time he was hot in WWF was before he had that parasailing accident that resulted in the steel plates and screws in his face. He came back with the mask and all that shxt, but it predates Balor, Kharma, and any other situation when someone was on, or really about to get on, and some freakish unfortunate shxt pops up and halts the push.
