Why not get on fin??? might reverse hair you lost …. I’ve been on fin since my mid 20s now in my mid 30s …I didn’t get side -effects personally I grew back all the lost hair I had and I haven’t lost any hair since ….not saying it’s side effect proof but it’s a low chance you get the low sex drive etc off it …..

The only thing is close enough to a fix as most men would like to see is catching the hair loss early with Finasteride. Otherwise you'll continue to lose hair. What's not mentioned is how you need to take Finasteride after getting a hair transplant because you'll continue to lose the non-transplanted hair anyway. Then you'll end up looking like Tory or Lebron. There's not enough donor hair to cover the entire top while still having your sides look presentable.

You do have options. You actually have the perfect pattern for Minoxidil or Finasteride as the crown grows back easier compared to your hairline. If you want to keep your hair, I'd recommend Fin first and see if you can handle it. If not, Minoxidil can probably buy your a few years before it stops working.
