he's right but doesn't change the fact that it's deserved. and the main difference is that mayweather started talkin all that shyt AFTER he had proven to be the best pount 4 pound. adrien hadn't beaten a single elite fighter but was talking like he was one of the goats. when you do that, you put a target on your back. and you better be ready for the backlash when you fall on your face. floyd knows damn well what will happen if he suffers the same fate. that's why he lives and breathes to be the greatest. dude is probably in the gym right now as I type this. I mean shyt...floyd probaby trained more during his off time than adrien trained to prepare for maidana, which was the biggest fight of his life. broner is half as talented as floyd but thinks he can put in half the work to be him. the less talented fighters are the ones who have to live in the gym. thats why I respect the hell out of a guy like maidana who doesn't have much natural talent but because of his dedication he can beat the shyt out of a more gifted fighter like broner. you watched that fight and you could see maidana trained like his whole career depended on it. and the truth is, even if broner put in that same hard work he'll most likely still never be great. because imo, he just doesn't have that potential, and he never did. thats why to a lot of boxing fans, this outcome was inevitable. broner one day getting exposed was going to happen no matter what. if he hadn't gone so overboard with all his gimmicks and bullshyt, he probably woulda been able to take that L without much shame. but he made that decision...now he gotta live it. when pac got laid out the internet was full of jokes and photoshops...this is the age we live in. until broner makes up for that ass whooping he took, he's fair game.
