That's a shame, that's the 1 I really wanted to be made up, because of the history and closeness of Pun and Cuban and also cause the family of Pun very cool with Cuban that would like heal a lot of wounds and open up a lot of doors. But I understand some things run deep and can't be squashed, I guess it's cause how Cuban did the Bang Bang Boogie shyt, how he said he's stealing from Pun etc, and also him approaching Khalid like that and dissing a bunch of people Joe cool with along with Joe. Did Joe elaborate on why or just make that blank statement?
How come this shyt ain't sticked yet? Lol. This shyt is epic and 2 of the best podcasts. Cause Nore and Joe are so cool it felt really real, genuine and open. I think Nore got shyt out of Joe a lot of people wouldn't, this sounds like you're just a fly on the wall listening to a private conversation at times and listening to these ill stories. shyt is dope, could have listened to more, may run this again at some point from beggining.
Idk if I really like the pre-recording of these episodes weeks in advance. There's gonna be so much current event shyt they won't talk about. A week in advance is cool but it seems like some of these episodes won't air for a month or so. He recorded Jada and Ja rule already as well. That's like 3-4 episodes right there.
There's video of where it's at. It's produced by CBS so there should be good quality. I think this one being the pilot episode, they didn't really have everything together production wise. The sound in this video > the sound of the audio
I'm not from NY but NORE has alot of shyt going on. Drink Champs podcast, Released a new ep/mixtape called Drunk Uncle. He's got a Food show coming out that's produced by LionsGate, and I think he's trying to do an animated drunk stories series [the first story he told on his recent breakfast club interview, of his homie who sleep walked and shytted on himself]. The big thing about NORE though is he's got great relationships with alot of people. Jay-Z fukking called him the day after thanksgiving to correct some shyt he said on Taxstone's podcast.
He's been tryna squash alot of his past beefs because he realized how much money it's been costing him. Well mainly it's because nikkas is grown and should be past the bullshyt but there's a money element to it as well. For example on one of his Breakfastclub interviews last year he mentioned how one of those Dubai oil sheikhs was a big fan of that Nineties queens hiphop and wanted to hire Nas for $100k, Mobb Deep for $50k, and CNN for $40k to perform in his living room. He said he never even told Nas, Capone or Mobb deep about it because he knew Prodigy wouldn't do it, due to his beef with Capone. There was also a festival that he does every year in Europe somewhere that provides him a nice check and one year they didn't hit him up to do it and when he looked at the bill he saw Mobb deep was on it. Put two and two together and realized they [Prodigy] probably told the promoters not to have them [Nore/cnn].
Nah he didn't elaborate. They were talking about Terror Squad members and he said Armaggeddon is still his brother just that he's too smart for his own self. He said Prospect was a nobody that they just put on as a favor and that he was never really good. He talked about Tony Sunshine being real goon. Then they got to Cuban and he said he'll never make up with him ever. Basically under no circumstances will they ever squash the beef.
