Yeah, I wrote a report for practice about the current souring of relations when this first started and was just dumbfounded throughout it as a few days went by.
They closed the joint economic area in Kaesong which has only happened a handful of times in the past. It was speculated it may open after the war games have stopped, as they have in the past when it was closed a few years ago. I'm not sure if the training exercises are over yet, they were supposed to stop in April or May.

THis is all about money. The same nuclear plant they're threatening to use to create nuclear weapons is the same plant George Bush and Co. paid the North Koreans not to use in 2007.
It's all about getting paid to help the shytty North Korean economy.
