NYC heads, there's a Ethiopian spot on Thompson Street(or the next block over) right around the corner from NYU. It's in the cut though. I forgot the name, but the food was great. But yeah pause, its kinda hard for people to get over the fact that its raw meat but once you taste it you don't even notice. But real Ethiopians eat "Tre siga" which is literally slabs of uncooked red meat that we cut with super sharp knives and dip in hot sauce. It's like spicy, slightly more chewy Jell-O.
