The hardest part of this shyt is the diet...I had dropped 10lbs and fell back into eating some fast food for like 2 days and xmas here with all these tasty foods....
Whatever fukk up you had is in the past. You cannot un-eat it. So no point in dwelling on it. All you can do now is build systems around the circumstances that enabled the fukk ups to prevent them. Find ways to make it easier to make better choices.
For example, you will probably always have cravings but maybe find a way to crave food with less calories that still make you feel full in the end.
