N. Korea has access to US Power Grid. He advises that i keep cash at home. Not no little amount either he says to keep at least three months of all my bills in straight cash at home.

This is crazy to me because my step pops which is pretty up there in the IT department for Dominion Power. Said they had a big meeting the other day and the meeting was all about how N Korea has access to US Power Grids.

It doesn't take much money to do hacking/cyberattacks. Mostly just need a computer, internet, and hackers who know what they're doing.

NK hackers are likely trained by China and/or Russia so they know what they're doing.

Also, access is very different than command and control

They may able to get portions of the powergrid, its another thing to be able to switch the power grid at a hit of a keyboard. That requires a whole other level of access
