It happened to my ps1 a long time ago where there was a short in the plug.nothing major...
Alot of people is saying unplug the hdmi first or something like that or try turning it sideways...

It was the power cord, i tried an old HP Printer power cord and it turns on fine, if i switch back to the ps4 power cord it wont turn on

I had a slight feeling it was, my old sony ps1 system, same thing, but the power part had gotten loose we had to get a new one entirely..

I tried hdmi thing that didnt work. Why would a plug go bad so fast ?
