understandable but breh you cant do this as a grown man with a job, how many of us would be able to just dip from our respective jobs and be like "sorry I need to be with my mom". It just doesn't and shouldn't fly unless it's an emergency and even then you let people know before hand.

My guy. My whole argument is that Melo's self image and the expectations placed on his shoulders vs reality are out of wack. He allowed the hype from the beginning of his career to distort his self-image. It also impacted the expectations his fans had of him. All I'm saying is that ultimately Melo is just a companion piece for a real superstar. And that's been the case for many years-- no one has been willing to accept that, including Melo.

I think theres nothing wrong with Melo maximizing his dollars. But he can't get angry when maximizing his dollars doesn't coincide with championships. That's all I'm saying.
