My father used to always tell me about legendary pitcher Sandy Koufax.

He'd be so good with his pitching...the defense was impeccable...but the Dodgers wouldn't hit anything and they'd lose when the closer came in.

shyt really stuck with me. It's why I love defense so much, regardless of sport.

I say that to say, I could give a shyt about a legendary scorer...I mean it's great but there is nothing more beautiful than a lock down defender. A 120% effort type of dude.

Give me that. Bring that to the team in the next drafts and free agents.

I need yall to show me some lock down defending prospects since yall are way more versed than me in college players.

I don't need to anymore once the myth that tanking is what helped them get what they have was dispelled by a fellow Knick breh.

Apparently, it was more about sound moves and proper scouting, not intentionally tanking into the lottery.
