Why would you trade him if that's the case :mindblown:

Phil Jackson's puppet explains why

Just as Phil Jackson feared right after Porzingis was drafted, players that tall and that lanky are extremely susceptible to injuries. Indeed, he has missed 26 games in his first two seasons, the most potentially serious being an Achilles tendon strain last season.

He routinely gets bullied at every turning.

Despite his size, KP is relatively ineffective when playing the low post.

He’s apt to get faked off his feet by smaller players in the paint.

This draft is relatively weak compared to that draft at the top and these morons are about to let him go because he hurt the feelings of a 70 year old man who has watched the game evolve past him.

They not letting him go man lol. I mean of they do we getting a shytload back so it'll be a wash anyway but it's 99.9% likely he's staying on NY.

:wow::wow: @Malta breh we need to join forces and hold hands to channel our positive energy and spread hope, confidence, and good faith to those that need it the most right now.

:wow::wow: We need GOATzingis to stay a Knick.
If this is the type of environment KP gonna have by staying here it's best if we let that boy go to a team that handle his development better. Let's be real, as is this team ain't developing nothing:mjcry:

I ain't holding your hand after months of slandering my name nevermind the fact that's not Harlem of you :dame:

But, I will say I hope he stays in NY, it would be idiotic to trade a player who the organization feels would be the first pick in this years draft and next years, for a dude who may not be able to develop a jumper, a PG with fukked up knees and a high flying PF with t-rex arms.

Even so it's not like KP had some lights out season in spite of the Knicks being dysfunctional. He had an extremely subpar season and quite honestly it looked like he regressed in certain ways, and couldn't stay healthy to boot. He's not in any position to skip exit meetings or make demands. Only reason he is a star to the extent that he is now is because he's in NY, if he was drafted by some other squad less people would even know who he is. Phil isn't the conventional GM and I don't like the optics of the whole thing either, but when you put things in perspective you can't really say he's wrong.

Yes. The child should not have run away. He could have gotten hurt or kidnapped. But he's the child. The father should not be acting as poorly as the child did. Jackson is clearly much worse than KP when you put things in perspective.

:francis: Never thought I'd see the day where something like this might actually happen.

:francis: If that senile old fakkit Phil Jackson decides to trade him, it better be for a pick in the top 3, and we get to keep our number 8, and for future picks.

:francis: Anything less is unacceptable.

:francis: Oh and if that shyt really happens then it's only right that we trade Carmelo so we can properly tank.
