I just realized the knicks can sign and trade guys like Lance, Gallo and D-Will, because they kept their bird rights.... I wouldn't be surprised if that happens for at least 1 of them.

you watch the entire playoffs and tell me the same thing... its situational but overall its gonna bog the team down... it sucks porzingis cant play 5...

i think a team thats acutally gonna improve alot will be indiana with pg at 4 and myles turner whos more a center of the future at 5... melo should be a 4 period

Thompson isn't really a traditional center, he's a 6'10" highly mobile PF that is strong enough to play C, they keep a big center as his backup just in case they run into a matchup he can't handle (Which is why they are talking to the Kings about Kosta). The problem with Noah is the fact he can't finish around the rim anymore, while Thompson can, and most importantly Thompson can defend PG's on switches, remains to be seen if Noah can still do that.

I'm sure every fan that got some new players on their squad feel the same way but I can't wait for the season to start. The rollercoaster W-L streaks were something else before the all star break and it was pretty fun in hindsight. Hopefully the team will be a bit more consistent.
