he mentions a guy that doesnt use athleticism on offense...and you suggest we draft a shorter kristaps thats worse at rebounding and defense. If not him, then markanan?
You never know with these dudes, they seem to play their hearts out for the games that should be an auto Lspurs on saturday

he's polished offensively...and nothing else
the team needs guards or wings.
edit: a 7 footer in college should not average .5 blocks a game.
i'm sorry. players are much smaller at that level...it should be easier.

problem is we alread have a plethora of bigs on this roster going into next year...and those are reaches if we get a pick in the 4-7 range. If they're gonna go with a big, I'd rather they choose Isaac or Patton or Allen... If they're gonna pick a guard, I think Smith or Frank and then Monk/Fox -- I think. I really like fox and monk, I just have concerns about what kind of ceiling they hit.

ehh true...but i did state....we need guards or wings....and isaac fits the mold of a durant-like 3... physically and skill wise.Yeah, but who cares? One of them is star caliber, the others range from starters to backups. If they wanna go ultra length, and positionless basketball -- Isaac is right there as a guy who can play anywhere between 3-5.
Clearly guard is the weakest part of our team. But after Fultz everyone has questions, there's no real top 3-5. Ball, Tatum, Jackson, Fox, Monk, Smith, Isaac could be interchangeable based on workouts/hype.

he aint really a big in the traditional sense...like the other two men you suggested. those would be the reaches.

There's no way Ball goes past two
Even if the team with the second pick doesn't want Ball they are gonna say they do til the last second to squeeze something out the lakers via trade
