You forgot a couple of more, pal

You feeling that "lazy ass defense", @seemorecizzy???

I already criticized melo
I watch games without bias and criticize whoever deserves criticizing
Melo looked tIred the whole game
Kept jacking

That doesn't make kp's defense any less lazy :yeshrug:

Kp holds the ball Iso all the time and no one here complains, I wonder why :sas2:

He only has a 7% isolation frequency and 75% of FGM are assisted from teammates, dummy. Doesn't have the freedom within the offense to do that. :mjlol:

KP is limited offensively
His favourite shot is the 3 steps from the line three pointer lol
Hes not strong enough to body ppl in the post either , and his drive is sloppy
Again, stop worrying about other players and look at what he does wrong as well

Hes also a foul machine and he has fatigue issues.

Hopefully his game will develop, but his isolation opportunities are limited because he is not good at it and he knows it lol. the point is, when he does it, no one complains.

KP was averaging 20-8 earlier in the season with the exact same team. Stop blaming others.
HIS game fell off around late December and he hasn't fully recovered .

There isn't some conspiracy to keep kp down. everyone loves him, sometimes too much

When hes by himself out there getting 25 shots a game, the new excuses will come

If they're going to use him strictly as and a pick and pop big, those are the results you're gonna get. 4/5 PNR as the ball handler, pindowns, flares, staggered screens, alley oops, backdoors, etc can be used to create easier baskets for KP. Also shown flashes of being an above passer at his position, but you're not going to be able to see any of that, because we got need more Melo jab steps and Rose struggle floaters.

Hes not strong enough to body ppl in the post either , and his drive is sloppy

He's not a traditional back-to-back big man like Hernangomez, but he's going to have to get stronger to take advantage of mismatches he has on smaller guards and wings.

Again, stop worrying about other players and look at what he does wrong as well

If you want to criticize him for his lack of rebounding, perimeter defense, ineffective post scoring, bad screen setting and 1v1 shot creating, that's fine, but Rose and Anthony are the primary ball handlers in the offense and Porzingis is a big man. He's dependent on other teammates to give him the ball. He has long stretches within the game ESPECIALLY in crunch time where he hardly touches the ball and stands in the corner.Rose and Anthony have a combined 55.6 usage rate and only average 7.3 apg. That's inexcusable.

Hes also a foul machine and he has fatigue issues.

He has a bad habit of committing silly fouls, but I think he'll get rid of them with more experience and repetition. It doesn't help that he's surrounded by defenders horrible at the point of attack like Rose, Jennings (before he was traded) and Anthony. always having to clean up for their mistakes.

Hopefully his game will develop, but his isolation opportunities are limited because he is not good at it and he knows it lol. the point is, when he does it, no one complains.

From "Kp holds the ball Iso all the time and no one here complains, I wonder why" to "he's not it good at it lol" :skip: Which one is it??? :skip:

There isn't some conspiracy to keep kp down. everyone loves him, sometimes too much

No fans said anything about a conspiracy. We just want to see him utilized in this offense correctly.

When hes by himself out there getting 25 shots a game

If his progression stagnates within the next couple of years, I'll let you know. Right now he's increased his FG%, 3P% and PPG and providing elite rim protection across the boards despite playing in a toxic environment with two ballhogs and inept front office and coaching staff.

the new excuses will come

They'll certainly be more creative and thoughtful than the ones Melo stans make.

i noticed you didnt quote KP averaging 20-8 (both up from last year) and was playing solid d, and on his way to the all star game with the same defenseless ball hogs melo and rose earlier in the season?:jbhmm:

KP's Game slows down and its rose and melos fault:pachaha:
:jbhmm:
is it melo and roses fault that kp keeps jumping for pump fakes and reaching all the time as well:pachaha:

What about the games when melo and rose arent playing, how did those work out for KP:jbhmm:

easier shots? KP can't even post up point guards yet:mjlol:

Why does kp continue to say melo makes the game easier for him (anyone with eyes can see this) but fans with agendas are disagreeing?:pachaha:

this is not nba 2k

the best games of KP'S CAREER occurred with melo on the floor

you fell in love with him last year, with melo on the floor

no ones holding anyone back,

KP is young and inconsistent

Didn't see that part. I'm not completely blaming Rose and Anthony. The onus also falls on Phil for signing decrepit Noah and trading a competent starting center and point guard for washed up Rose. Hornacek ain't making KP's life easier, either.
KP's Game slows down and its rose and melos fault:pachaha:
:jbhmm:

Didn't say that the responsibility completely falls on them, but They're not completely faultless like you make them out them to be either. The injuries certainly slowed him down and averaging 20 points on the level of efficiency during that time. probably not sustainable, but if he's going through slumps within a game, he still should be a vocal point offense. Kristaps got phased out in 4th quarters and large stretches during games when he was playing like an all-star in the first month and half of the season. Still gets marginalized till this day.

is it melo and roses fault that kp keeps jumping for pump fakes and reaching all the time as well:pachaha:

I've addressed this point previously. Are you really that dense???

Talking about that 0-11 record without Melo. Healthy sample size there, smart guy. Is that supposed to be an indication of the Knicks' future record with Porzingis as the franchise player??? :ohhh:
Appreciate the lesson you taught me. :mjlol:
Knicks have been 215-268 since the Anthony trade. How has that worked out for NY???

easier shots? KP can't even post up point guards yet:mjlol:

I've addressed this post before, too,.

Why does kp continue to say melo makes the game easier for him (anyone with eyes can see this) but fans with agendas are disagreeing?:pachaha:

He's entitled to feel that way, because that's his teammate, but what else is he supposed to say? If he says no, then that creates unneeded dissension in the locker room. Besides, front offices should be making the one making decisions, not players.

this is not nba 2k

Says the dude that got hyped about this NBA 2K11 roster during the offseason thread. #theyscared

the best games of KP'S CAREER occurred with melo on the floor

He's had his moments without Melo, too.
His unique skillset (mobility, size, shooting, ball handling, etc) will translate anywhere.

you fell in love with him last year, with melo on the floor

Definitely not because of Melo. :dame:

no ones holding anyone back,

You can choose to believe that.

KP is young and inconsistent

For now. Only going to get better. With or without anthony. Melo is old and inconsistent.Declining gradually every year.
