I don't realistically think Hornacek would do it. A decision like that would come from Phil to sit players AHEAD of the game.
Right now, I blame a combo of the front office and the players. Someplayers clearly are not at all committed to playing any kind of offense or defense. The front office is clearly pushing a different kind of system than the coach would prefer to run. The front office bought-in to players that can't gel or compete at the level they hoped they would.
Everyone is to blame. But Hornacek, at least in my book, gets less blame than Phil, and less than the players. But there's plenty for everyone.
Philly should put Covington on Rose.
