You're asking for logic from a dude who has submitted to his emotions........what is mediocre/loser about that bruh? you never want to buy a house? you want your kids going to a bad school? you don't want to have money for retirement?
Right, because everyone is supposed to be pulling in 100K per year or else they are a failure. @She Agree That I'm Looney gets itThat mediocre loser life.
Don't mind @The Nigerian, he's premenstrual, he was just in another thread crying about how minimum wage should be $40K/yrRight, because everyone is supposed to be pulling in 100K per year or else they are a failure. @She Agree That I'm Looney gets it
unfortunately I can't say the same for most in my age group, but every year or so...another one gets that dose of reality and start thinking...damn I am almost 30 years old and I have nothing to show for my hard work... am I doing?
I bet you are one of those cats who were like when they said the average college graduate makes x amount more than someone who doesn't

I dont know that I would call being 2-3 yrs into a 30 yr mortgage "ownership"I read somewhere that if you down own 2 assets by the time you 30, you are way behind society's standards. Imagine, heads in NYC don't even own one and think that they making it by struggling to pay rent and thinking that they are from NY and nothing can phase them. While living with roommates well into their 30s. shyt ain't popping

But yea, most young NYers don't have much to look forward to, long term
You're acting like it's hard to make 100k a year in NYC just stop it fam.
Pay that fukker off in five years flat.
Narrow and short sightedI don't want to own a house. Even as a youngin it didn't make practical sense to me to have a house with only three people living in it. You nikkas wanna own a house, fine. I don't want none of that America Dream crap. We'll see who is fukked in the long term with your excessive needs most people don't need to live a good life.
Narrow and short sighted
I disagreeShort sighted how?
I don't want kids.
My partner is going to be someone doesn't want kids either
I'll be paying for two people, two people don't need to live in one house.
Meanwhile, you'll be in debt the next real estate bubble, living out in the burbs, where all the nikkas relocated to because of gentrification. The burbs aka the new ghettoes. :smugcena:
You call it short sighted because you are incapable of dealing that other people want different things out of life. I don't want that cush suburban life with the white fence and red door and children. And it isn't short sighted of me to NOT want that eithe
Get off yourself. You ain't that great
I dont care about real estate bubbles. When I buy a house it will be a house I can pay off in 15-20 years. Housing bubbles won't affect my ability to do that. Meanwhile you will work until you're dead because your rent keeps going up and you can't save any money
