I read somewhere that if you down own 2 assets by the time you 30, you are way behind society's standards. Imagine, heads in NYC don't even own one and think that they making it by struggling to pay rent and thinking that they are from NY and nothing can phase them. While living with roommates well into their 30s. shyt ain't popping

I don't want to own a house. Even as a youngin it didn't make practical sense to me to have a house with only three people living in it. You nikkas wanna own a house, fine. The only type of house I'll ever consider "owning" is a townhouse. Those are practical.
