Well good point but then again Nassau county is only 30-40 minutes by LIRR and I don't see hipsters/yuppies flocking thereWell suppose they decide to upgrade the subway lines to high speed train lines? It takes 30-40 mins to get to Manhattan from Jamaica center, canarsie, north Bronx, etc....high speed trains can cut that time in half or less! Then what?

Why hipsters? Is that the universal symbol of people to hate? What if it's Asian ? Spanish? What about older white families?
